Of course, vegetarian or vegan diets do not enjoy automatic health in all cases. You can eat very unhealthy with almost any diet and therefore with a vegetarian or vegetarian diet. For those who eat sugar, white flour and potato chips, for example, they eat vegetarian food, but not healthy.

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics emphasizes that a well-planned herbal diet, rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and whole grains, can provide a full range of health benefits.
